Short biography

Christian works as an assistant professor at the Department of Sport and Social Sciences, in addition, he works as a consultant in the department of strength at the Olympic Sport Training Center (Olympiatoppen).

He has a master’s degree from the Institute of Physical Performance and has been working with practical and theoretical lecturing since 2012. His main research area is physical training testing and restitution in elite athletes. At Olympiatoppen he is responsible for the physical training for beach volleyball, table tennis (para) and rowing.

Christian has been a beach volleyball player at World Tour level since 2014
