Short biography
Erland Hoff Thomassen works as head engineer in the sport psychology laboratory at NIH. In addition, he has several responsibilities in Norwegian Motorsport Federation, among others national team manager in enduro, performance consultant as well as mental and physical coach
Erland has master’s degree in Sport psychology and coaching at Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (2017) with further education in cognitive sport psychology, at Norwegian Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. His earlier work includes coaching in cross country skiing, biathlon and taekwondo.
