Lars is the program leader for teacher education in practical and aesthetic subjects for grades 1 - 13, physical education and sports science. (LUPE) He is responsible for several subjects within LUPE and also teaches physical education part-time in physical education for primary and secondary school. He is one of several individuals with overall responsibility for the practical supervision of students and practice teachers associated with the department of Teacher Education and Outdoor Studies (ILF). Lars is an employee representative in the Learning Environment Committee (LMU).

Short biography
Lars is lecturer at the Department of Teacher Education and Outdoor Studies.
He has a teacher education in physical education and sports science, educational guidance pedagogy, and a master's degree in sports science from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (NIH). Lars has through many years in the Oslo School gained good and broad experience in everything from teaching, classroom management, video supervision, supervision of pupils, students and colleagues, the leadership role and implementation of development project in schools.
In the field of sports, Lars has participated in elite ice hockey and several matches for age-group national teams. He holds a level II coaching qualification in ice hockey. Lars has also represented Norway in two senior-level floorball World Championships.
