Teaching practical and theoretical subjects for the bachelor students with focus on endurance.

Short biography

Has been active as an athlete in orienteering and cross-country skiing. Has also worked as a cross-country skiing coach. I took my bachelors with focus on coaching and sports physiology, and my master’s in physical performance at NIH.
