The council's most important task is to represent the students internally and externally through various committees, forums, projects and regular meetings with NIH's management.
The Student Council is the link between the NIH administration and the students. The student democracy at NIH follows the same organisation as other parts of the university college, which ensures student influence at every level. For each level, you can find help and support from the level above. The Student Council is meant to be the class representatives's link to bodies higher up in the system.
