Sport Psychology Laboratory

The sports psychology laboratory can, among other things, create an environment which, in as realistic a way as possible, simulates what is experienced during the actual exercise of activities.

About

The technology found in the sports psychology laboratory provides the opportunity to carry out simulation training in sports, as well as to measure eye use and whether athletes are stressed or calm, as well as training in tension regulation, attention, mental work capacity and other skills.

Methods

  • Eye tracking glasses: Measurement of visual perception
  • Biofeedback equipment: Measurement and training of tension regulation, stress, self-regulation
  • Two dimensional big screen and Virtual Reality glasses: Simulation training
  • NeuroTracker: Training of mental working capacity, stress, attention, short-term memory
  • iMotions: Measurement of body language
