Idrettsfysiologi, muskel-sene fysiologi,  biomekanikk, nevromuskulær tretthet og restitusjon, treningslære og adaptasjon til trening, idrettsmedisin, idrettsernæring, testing og trening av elite-idrettsutøvere.

Kort biografi

Utdannet fysioterapeut (1999-2001). Doktorgrad i idrettsfysiologi fra Norges idrettshøgskole, som omhandlet restitusjon og adaptasjon til arbeidsinduserte muskelskader (2004-2009). Post-doktor ved Norges idrettshøgskole med forskning på antioksidanter og trening (2009-2013).

Tidligere leder (2013-2019), nå fagkonsulent ved Olympiatoppens kraft/styrke-avdeling (20 % stilling).
