Forskning
My research investigates the developmental processes and environmental factors influencing mental health and development in children, adolescents, and young adults. My work emphasizes the impact of outdoor time, light exposure, and nature contact on cognitive, behavioral, and social outcomes. I explore the intersections between mental health, social inequalities, nature and environmental factors, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. I am particularly interested in life-course models of health and development.
