Short biography
Per Midthaugen has since 2010 worked as Associate Professor at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (NIH), Department of Teacher Education and Outdoor Studies. He has a PhD on including learning activities in physical education and he is an experienced teacher and supervisor in physical education teacher education. Important teaching and research areas are inclusion, physical education, teacher training, newly qualified teachers, and sport programs in upper secondary schools, Midthaugen has been involved in several national curriculum groups both in secondary education and higher education.
